I asked a friend to refer me in January and got my first phone interview in February.

The interview questions were quite simple, very common with LeetCode problems. They also asked me to analyze the complexity and suggest improvements.

I had one more interview in March, as they were finding it hard to evaluate me.

After passing the interview in March, they said I was in a "hosting match process." I was very excited. However, I discovered that at that time there were almost no positions available at Google.

The final result was that I received a rejection letter not long ago.
