The interviewers are nice. They do not expect you to answer all of their problems, but to see how far you can go with them.

Pros: Everyone takes the time to teach and share their knowledge and tips. Nicest and most patient people I've ever worked with.
Cons: I didn't feel like I gained deep coding experience. Projects were small, and were mostly additions to large code bases.

Pros: Everyone is friendly and probably smart. My host and cohost were very helpful in setting me up and understanding my project. The perks of working at the office are probably the top reason to work here, including free food and all the technical equipment you could need.
Cons: Sometimes it's a little cold in the office.
