I applied online in my 3rd year for a summer internship. I received a mail from the recruiter after a month that my profile has been shortlisted for interviews.

Initially I had a small meet with the recruiter where I was asked about my coding profile and projects. Then I received an invite for my first round of interview, which was a DSA round.

The interviewer asked me 2 DSA questions, and both were lc easy and medium respectively. I was not able to solve the second question, and a week later I received a rejection mail from the recruiter.

First DSA question could be solved using mathematical intuition and also using binary search on answers. While the second question involved advanced techniques, such as square root decomposition and a segment tree.
