The recruiting process was very disorganized, with a carousel of recruiters. I suppose some were sourcers, and others were recruiters for specific teams.
The interviews featured typical Google problem-solving coding questions. Some interviewers weren't particularly friendly and seemed disengaged. Indeed, the offer decision is made by a separate committee, so I'm unsure how accurate their assessment can be.
