Software Engineer L4 Interview Experience - Bucharest, Romania
Process
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
The process consisted of 3 rounds:
- Pre-screening with the recruiter
- STAR 45 minutes interview + basic technical interview 45 minutes. I had them in the same day with a 30min break or something like that
- 2x coding interviews with tasks from leetcode. Both were forced to be in the same day with an hour of break.
What I liked is that they provided me a very detailed feedback on each round in very deep details. I wish there were more companies to work like that
Questions
On a STAR interview, they asked me how I would deal with a colleague that has a different working style than me and this style blocks my work.
