There were two phone interviews.
The first interview was with an HR person. The second phone interview was with a programmer.
We used Google Docs, and he proposed a programming problem for me to solve. There was a time limit, and I should have prepared more to be able to solve this type of problem in 30 minutes or less.

One programming question would have involved recursion to solve.
