Process
First, I received a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn, asking if I were interested in working at Google.
After that, the recruiter scheduled a phone interview (it was coding only).
I passed and then scheduled an onsite interview.
The onsite interview had three coding questions (whiteboard) and one leadership question.
After the onsite, it took approximately two weeks to receive the answer.

All questions were algorithm-related. For example:
