Pretty good, very well structured.
I applied through employee referral.
Most of the questions focused on algorithms and coding. The process was very streamlined, and I enjoyed the interview process. The questions were logical and related to real problems that are solved at Google.

Pros: Good pay, good perks, good flexibility, and good work/life balance.
Cons: L3-4s will have trouble being promoted unless lucky enough to have a good project and/or team. Lots of office politics about claiming and/or distributing work items to benefit personal promos. Unless you have a team who is trying to get you promoted instead of themselves, you’ll be there to do the dirty work instead.
