Software Engineer Interview Experience - London, United Kingdom
Process
The interview included complex algorithm and data structures questions.
I met with some highly capable interviewers who were clearly good engineers. We had some very in-depth conversations, which were enjoyable.
There were a couple of tests and pair programming exercises. These were quite different to usual technical tests, so they were pretty fun.
The offices in London are great and seemed like a really cool place to work.

- 5.0Bright Minds, Bureaucratic WallsSoftware Engineer • Former EmployeeZürich, SwitzerlandSeptember 2, 2015Pros: Very bright people to talk to, flexible work hours, friendly teams, reimbursement for everything, good quality code, and lots of projects to match you with. Awesome food.Cons: This is a big company, and access to information is sometimes restricted. Also, academia is more interesting to me than projects at Google. Even if you do research, it is not the same kind of research as at university – it always is very close to practical uses.
