I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
I applied online, and I got a recruiter call about two weeks later. I did a phone screen with one coding question on Google Meet using their online editor. Then I had the virtual onsite—five back-to-back interviews over one day. It was a mix of coding, system design, and behavioral. I heard back after about two weeks with feedback from the hiring committee.
They gave me a problem about designing a rate limiter for an API. I had to walk through different algorithms like token bucket vs sliding window, discuss tradeoffs, and then code up a working solution. The interviewer kept adding constraints to see how I would adapt the design under pressure.
