Process
The process was really slow, at least 6 months. Another problem was the communication with the recruiter; it was really poor. I did not receive any feedback. The interview was harder than at other companies, but not excessively difficult. In general, the main problem was the poor communication with the recruiter.

Smart, friendly, fun co-workers.
Good compensation & benefits.
Fantastic internal development tools and learning opportunities.
Cons: It's huge, so on some projects, you can be a small cog in a big machine.
Nearly everyone is an overachiever, so there can be pressure to work long hours.
The biggest office is in Mountain View, where you either have to spend a fortune on rent and/or commute for over an hour. Most of the high-impact projects are centralized in Mountain View.
