Pros: Google has a lot of smart and nice people to work with. People work collaboratively.
The company has many great benefits.
It just feels like the company has hired the best people to work on all the benefits (401k, fitness, food, etc., etc.) as well.
Cons: Things can move very fast at Google, which means it can be somewhat stressful. It depends on the projects you work on, though.

Pros: Great perks and talented employees.
Flexible hours and interesting projects make it easy to move from team to team.
Physical health is prioritized with facilities on campus.
Cons: It takes a while to get things done because of the size of the company. You need to make sure no one else is working on what you're working on. Even if they are, you can still do it anyway if you think you're better at politics.
