Process
The interview process progresses from an online assessment (OA) to a phone interview, and finally an onsite interview. The OA and phone interview are quite easy, while the onsite interview is of medium difficulty. I believe there is no need to discuss the previous two stages. The onsite interview takes place in MTV. Travel arrangements are handled well by the company; you only need to fly there, drive, rest, and then attend the interview.
