Process
I managed to get a referral from a Googler. After one or two weeks, I received the online assessment, which I finished a few days later.
One week after that, I reached the phone screen phase, which I scheduled for three weeks later. Unfortunately, I did not pass the phone screen.
Questions
I signed an NDA, but I would say it's an easy problem with String.

Pros: Google is very generous to its employees. Everyday, it provides healthy and free food, drinks, and snacks.
There are lots of recreation and events inside Google. Employee satisfaction is also very high.
Every week, you can hear exciting news from Google. It is currently one of the top technology companies, and its leaders are excited and enthusiastic about developing future techniques.
Cons: It may be a little heavy work in Google. People are working more than they exercise, especially young males. In my group, people usually work from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day.
