I was contacted by a recruiter.

I passed the phone screen, which included writing some Java code for threads.

Then I did onsite interviews. The questions ranged from puzzle problems to Java to web architectures.

The people were friendly. I was a bit nervous; I hadn't slept well the night before – be sure to get enough sleep!

Pros: Fantastic WLB. Great pay. Great culture.

Cons: The promotion process is pretty concrete, for better or for worse. It's incredibly hard to get past L5. This pushes good talent out.
