Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mountain View, California
Process
This is the standard process. It consists of three coding sessions and one system design session. You will have a lunch accompanied by a Googler after the second interview. Generally, interviewers are friendly and helpful. Just ask when you are confused, make sure you understand the question, and then try to code quickly.
The whiteboard is small. Lunch is so-so. The first interviewer was late for a few minutes, but my time was not extended.
