Process

I was contacted by an initial recruiter due to a referral. It was mentioned that if I received 2-3 employee referrals, I could skip the phone interview. However, I proceeded with a 30-minute phone interview with one person.

I then went on-site for five interviews. All of them asked algorithm questions, such as how to implement a calendar similar to Outlook and identify conflicts.

I believe I performed well in the interviews and answered all questions. I provided references and a recommendation letter, but was ultimately rejected.
