Process

Asked friends working at Google for internal referrals. Received an interview notification pretty soon after. There were several time slots to choose from.

There were two phone interviews back to back, 45 minutes each. I was asked to introduce myself, discuss past experiences, and explain why I was interested in Google. Then, a Google Doc was opened, and algorithm problems were presented. I had to code in the Google Doc and explain my thought process. The interviewer would provide hints if I got stuck.
