Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mountain View, California
Process
I had interned at Google before. They moved me to an onsite interview immediately.
It took them around 4 weeks to get back to me after the onsite. I was rejected, but they suggested I apply to the Resident Engineer program.
I declined to do so because I am an international student, and it was a fixed-term (1-year) position.
