Process

Initial recruiter phone screen. No difficult questions were asked.

There was one phone interview and four subsequent onsite interviews.

Questions were fairly straightforward algorithmically (other than one), but somewhat tricky to code. As a new grad, perhaps the difficulty was relaxed for me.

No system design questions were asked either.

One interview involved a discussion about one of the projects on my resume.
