Process

The interview process is lengthy. They will schedule a couple of rounds in one go but will not let you know which round would be the first. They will also not tell clearly which topics would be covered in each round. There will be a number of rounds conducted, and at any point, they might say you're not hired.

I also observed that some of their interviewers are not very well-versed with the latest changes in technology. Even if you are providing appropriate answers, they will mark them as inappropriate. The HR department will not share detailed feedback and will not convey whether you're selected or not.

They will say you've done well in the initial rounds, and at the end, they'll again say you were not good in the initial rounds. Ironic?

This is one of the worst processes in the industry from one of the best companies (I don't think it is for me now!). They also have work that is pretty much related to support.
