A recruiter found me through LinkedIn, and we set a time to chat over the phone. She was very nice and explained the next steps. I was given a week to complete an online assessment consisting of two coding questions and a personality quiz.

From there, we proceeded to schedule a phone screen interview with an engineer. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the interview due to school commitments, so I was not surprised that I did not move forward.
