Software Engineer New Grad Interview Experience - Mountain View, California

Process

There were four rounds of interviews. All of the interviewers were very friendly and willing to share their ideas on problems. My first interviewer was late by 20 minutes due to traffic, and we had to walk to a different building, which took an additional 5 minutes. Considering each round is only 45 minutes, I didn't tell my recruiter about this. I'm not sure if that was the right thing to do.

I really liked the entire process, from the initial contact to the last round; it was very interesting and exciting. Not to mention, my recruiter sent me a lot of study material, which was very valuable to a new grad. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I didn't get into the pool. Maybe I will try again in the future when I am more prepared. However, thanks to everyone involved in this process, I had an amazing time.
