I had a Google Chat interview with video on. The coding portion was conducted in a Google Doc.

My interviewer had been working at Google for 10 years. I really appreciated this, as he clearly knew what he was doing and had significant experience interviewing candidates. He was a great interviewer!

We discussed the problems thoroughly during the interview, and we got along well. He wasn't a know-it-all, which I've experienced in many tech interviews. If I answered a question and it was slightly off, he would simply explain what might happen and why it wouldn't be ideal.

If you had a list of countries and their populations, create a random generator that picks a country while taking into consideration the population. This means a country with a higher population has a higher chance of being chosen.
