Process
Was reached out to in early January to interview. Went through 3 rounds of technical and 1 behavioral. Passed the hiring committee and was asked to enter team matching in mid-February. I waited for months and never heard back from the recruiter after May. Occasionally gave updates saying they didn’t know when I would move forward to an offer. Wasted my time to be honest with the lack of transparency in the final matching process before the offer. I would have rather they just rejected me right after the interviews so I didn’t get my hopes up!
