Process
I applied for the new grad position online. The recruiter got back to me very quickly, within a few days. They sent me a link to a personality test and a coding challenge.
The coding challenge consisted of two questions, and I had 90 minutes to complete it. Unfortunately, I performed poorly on this part and did not proceed further in the process.

Many of the personality questions were about whether I thought people could change, or if their personality was fixed.
