Process
We started with a phone screening, which involved coding through a shared Google Doc. This was accompanied by various "soft" questions.
About a week later, I was invited to an onsite interview, but it would not be for a couple of weeks. I was informed that the turnaround time from the onsite interview would be about three weeks.
I ended up declining to continue with the hiring process.

Nothing unexpected. I went a little heavier on the low-level questions than I anticipated, but nothing way out there.
