Skipped the phone interview and proceeded directly to an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of 5 interviews focused on algorithms, data structures, and coding, with a few behavioral questions interspersed.

I have interviewed at a few other FAANMG companies. Google has the best people, culture, and interview questions.

Google tests for multiple skills: algorithms, data structures, coding, collaboration, communication, etc. Make sure to write code quickly on the provided Chromebook. I believe I missed out because of my initial nervousness and not coding fast enough, even though my algorithms were optimal and my communication was great.

Don't be nervous. Nervousness will hinder your thinking and make you slow. All the best.
