The hiring process was pretty smooth.
I was contacted by HR, who set up the initial phone screens.
After a couple of phone screens, I was invited for in-person 1:1 interviews.
The interviewers were pretty smart and generally nice. They offered a bit of help during the interviews.
I guess the important thing is to think aloud and make sure they can jump in and help you out if possible.
I liked the overall atmosphere there and love Google products.
