Process
It took two weeks to apply online. I received a response from the recruiter on day 3 and scheduled the interview for the following week. It was a 30-minute phone interview.
There was no coding challenge or any other conversation before this.
On the interview day, a Google engineer called me. He was punctual. Throughout the experience, he was supportive and positive. He asked me a question and encouraged me to keep improving my answer each time I presented a better solution.
In general, the interview experience was good, and I enjoyed it.
