After CV screening, I had a coding online test (with two problems to solve, difficulty: medium) and two 45-minute technical phone interviews. During the interviews, the problems were easier than expected, but specific questions were asked about the language I had chosen for the interview.

Pros: - The people are generally friendly, knowledgeable, and nice to work with (this may vary wildly from team to team).
- Good compensation/benefits/perks (aside from vacation).
- Good work autonomy.
Cons: - Questionable leadership.
- Only 15 days vacation.
- Frequent org changes.
- The promo/performance review process is time-consuming and demoralizing.
- Software engineering work is so steeped in abstraction/monolithic systems and/or may be canceled at any moment, so it's difficult to feel any sort of satisfaction in your work.

Pros: Good pay, nice benefits, and a location in New York City with free transportation to and from the company. Good, fresh food also.
Cons: Long work hours.
Very hard to maintain a good work-life balance.
Constant fear of being fired.
Too much of a bureaucracy; you feel like you don't contribute to anything.

Cons: It's becoming a large company. Perks are being slowly removed, but it's still amazing.
