Process
I had a phone screen where they asked if I would like to switch to the Engineering Residency Program. This was a one-year program, and at the end, I would possibly be hired as a Software Engineer.
The interview process consisted of two rounds of two back-to-back video interviews. The interviewers were difficult to understand, making it harder to perform well since a ton of time was spent clarifying things.
