Two phone screen interviews with different teams in London.

First one went well. The interviewer was very polite and interested in my current job. We had a very pleasant conversation.

The second round, instead, went badly. The interviewer was really less friendly, and I became nervous, so I got stuck on the second question that, to be honest, was not so difficult.

I'll retry next year.

On the first round, I discussed a project I am working on. The interviewer then asked me an easy question regarding hash tables and Big O notation after I finished writing the code.

The second round involved a couple of questions regarding BSTs.
