Process
This is Google's standard process for recruiting engineers.
I first had a phone conversation with an HR representative based in London, followed by a one-hour remote interview via Hangouts, which consisted of a few simple programming questions.
After that, I went for the "on site" interviews in Paris.
These were 5 technical interviews of 45 minutes each in one day:
- 4 coding interviews
- 1 system design interview
