Pros: Learned how to build production systems and collaborate on a codebase with countless engineers.
Cons: Astronomical growth has led to a lot of seemingly unnecessary red tape and process.
With growth, a lot of the culture that made Google a special place to work has eroded.

Pros: Everyone is very knowledgeable, and most people are very kind.
Cons: Stressful work culture, based around performance reviews. It is expected that you will continue to reach higher levels in the company, and staying at the same level gets you fired.
