Process
I was contacted by a recruiter, and after a few days, a phone interview was scheduled.
The first phone interview was just informative.
Then, an interview with a Google engineer was scheduled. I solved two really simple problems; basic algorithms and logic were enough for nailing the questions.
My advice is to not be nervous about it (that was probably my main problem). The questions are easier than you think.
