The process was quite slow.
Initial interactions with the recruiter were pleasant. However, after my first phone screen interview, the experience became unpleasant. The question, from my personal point of view, was difficult. My interviewer was solely focused on finding the optimal solution. With only one hint provided, I ended up coding a solution that was clearly non-optimal. I felt my interviewer did not understand my approach at all, even though I tried to explain it as clearly as possible and asked if I should elaborate further.
The recruiter took too long to reply afterward. This delay seemed unnecessary, as they could have simply stated "no" after a few days. It felt as though they wanted to keep candidates waiting and hoping.
