Process
I was contacted by HR via Hangouts. After a week, I had about an hour-long session with my manager via Hangouts. The manager was quite talkative, which I think was to avoid miscommunication. The questions weren't particularly difficult, but I only provided the answer the interviewer wanted to hear after a hint from him. Therefore, in his final report, he did not consider my coding skills polished enough.

Lots of belief in experimentation/moonshots and not just holding tightly to what works.Cons: The cost of becoming big, it does feel more and more crowded. Speed of execution isn't probably as good as a startup, and you do feel like a smart part of a very big machine.
