Process

I applied for the YouTube job on their website and received a call a week later from their recruiter.

Initially, the HR representative forwarded me the wrong job profile, which was for a Team Lead position, but I am a developer. She then asked me to study Python for the interview.

A few days later, another HR representative emailed me, confirming the date for a phone interview and forwarding the correct job profile.

The interviewer called ten minutes after the scheduled time. Initially, she mistook me for another candidate. There was no formal introduction or description of the role or project. She seemed busy and directly asked if I was willing to work with Python, PHP, and MySQL.

She then proceeded with the questions.
