Process
I completed a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a current engineer.
The phone interview involved discussing technical concepts and coding collaboratively in a Google Doc, which the engineer also had open.
While the engineer was a bit difficult to understand, the interview itself felt fair. However, I wasn't as well-prepared as I could have been.
