A recruiter contacted me for a phone screen.
I then had a phone interview and, a few weeks later, an onsite interview.
Overall, the process was quick, as I had a pending offer with another company.
The interview was very difficult; I wish I had more time to practice.
I did notice that some of the interviewers' personalities seemed a bit flat. A few barely even shook my hand!
They very much expect you to impress them and do not do much to impress you in return.
I am a firm believer that the company should also try to show you how great they are.
In the end, I was not upset that I did not get the offer, as I was not impressed with the people I met with on campus.
Signed an NDA.
