Pros: Good salary, good benefits, and no dress code.

Cons: I don't have cons. Everything is good.

Pros: - Collaborative culture: although it has weakened somewhat over time, it is still one of the strong points. Everyone I've worked with is highly skilled and willing to help, whether with technical issues or other demands. - Consistent benefits: coffee, lunch, and afternoon snack almost every day, with good variety and quality; meal voucher at an adequate level. - Attractive compensation: salary and bonus aligned with the market. - Robust internal tools: efficient engineering platforms that allow us to focus on the problem without worrying about infrastructure.

Cons: Reorganizations without prior notice: the team can be moved from one project to another from one day to the next, forcing you to restart several activities from scratch. This harms your performance and makes it difficult to get a promotion. Difficulty in getting promoted: although the employee is technically prepared, they are often not promoted due to lack of budget – even at the junior level, despite there being a maximum deadline for this range. This budgetary uncertainty, combined with frequent reorganizations, makes it even more difficult to advance in your career.

Pros: Great colleagues, great workplace, etc.

Cons: I believe there are no cons. My experience was very good.
