I recently interviewed at Amazon. The interview had 5 rounds: 4 technical and 1 behavioral round. The technical rounds mainly focused on algorithms and system design. Most of the questions were taken from "CareerCup" and "Jigar's". There was also a lunch interview after 3 rounds.

Pros: You can make lots of money.
Cons: Skills aren't transferable. Management will lay you or your teammates off. They removed the WFH policy. There are terrible company ethics that will haunt you at night until you organize and/or leave. There are terrible leadership decisions and a lack of agency. They will transfer you or your coworkers onto an AI project they'll trash in a few years.
