Software Engineer Interview Experience - Shanghai, China
Process
Heard from HR after applying on LinkedIn.
Had a short phone interview with HR.
Passed an online whiteboarding interview.
Went to the company for an onsite interview, including 5 sessions, each taking about 45 minutes.
Each session had one algorithm problem and one design problem. Algorithm problems are generally similar to those on LeetCode.com. You are expected to implement the algorithm in your favorite programming language quickly and as correctly as possible.
I passed the onsite interviews but failed in later stages.
