Software Engineer Interview Experience - Switzerland
Process
I applied for a position a few days after the ad went up. The recruiter answered and scheduled a phone interview (standard tech algorithm questions, 45 minutes). The recruiter allowed me to pick a date for the interview, so I asked for one month. After I passed that, they scheduled the on-site interviews, for which I also asked for one month of prep. The on-site interview consisted of 4 algorithm questions and 1 system design question.
