Pros: Working for Google is really great.
There is no pressure, you have a certain liberty while you have to maintain a certain level of performance.
The atmosphere is stressless.
Cons: You never want to leave this place; it's so great it's almost better than being at home! But I don't see really more cons. Google rocks!
