This was for a graduate position.
It started with an email from a recruiter and a call to discuss the interview process. This was followed by a technical phone interview over Google Docs and then five onsite interviews (four technical and one behavioral).
You'll want to code up your solution quickly so you have time to answer follow-up questions. Make sure you explain your solution before writing a single line of code and clarify any confusion you have before making bad assumptions.
