I interviewed at Google Israel. The process started with a phone interview. (In Israel, the phone interview is conducted at the Google office, similar to an onsite interview).

There were four interviews, each lasting 45 minutes, with a lunch break in the middle.

Most of the questions were hard.

However, throughout the process, the interviewers were nice and kind, and the recruiter was also very nice.
