I applied online during the first week of June and received a call a week later. I had two phone interviews, both conducted via Google Docs.
The first interview consisted of two questions. I managed to answer both, but felt I was slow. The HR representative called me to schedule another interview because they were not sure about my candidacy.
In the second interview, they asked me a few questions about my resume and one coding question. I managed to complete the question, but felt I took a lot of hints. I'm not exactly sure what the outcome was, but overall it was a good learning experience. I feel with a little more practice, I can crack it next time.
