I applied online and received a phone interview.
The recruiter, calling from California, scheduled the interview with me.
The questions were technical, focusing on bit manipulations and one object-oriented programming question.
While the object-oriented programming question was not difficult, the bit manipulation questions were challenging. Because I didn't expect them, they proved to be quite difficult for me.
